My thoughts EXACTLY! Didn't the parents hear the baby crying? In order to be mutilated, that rat would have had to been chewing on its face for a long time...

EWWWWWW that is horriffic. How did those parents not hear their baby screaming, god, even the slightest sigh when my son was an infant and I was at his sidein seconds.
