awful stomach cramps
ive been having awful stomach cramps for a few weeks, off and on.
what causes this? the only thing i can think of is caffeine? could caffeine cause this?

Maybe irritible bowel syndrome? Or maybe a milk/lactose allergy? Also, stress definitely can cause stomach issues. I'm no doctor but I doubt caffeine would do it
