Awesome Gap customer service
I ordered a cardi from there a few days ago - it was shipped super fast, but came in the wrong color. Of course when I went onto the website, it was completely gone.
I called customer service and they issued me a free return label right away. The lovely customer service rep then spent several minutes confirming that it was not available online anymore AND tracking down the sweater that I originally ordered - in Idaho 
The ID store is shipping it to me and the rep also sent me a coupon for a future purchase "for my inconvenience."
It was probably no big deal to them but a little bit of personal attention went a long way and meant a lot to me.

I agree..Gap is pretty good when it comes to their customer service.
2 years ago before DS was born, DH's friend was sending me their breast pump as they no longer needed it and I was going to buy the parts for it. Well, the friend was alo returning a package to Gap and YUP...mixed up the shipping labels. So i got their Gap package of clothes and some worker at the Gap warehouse got my breastpump.
Gap was really good in tracking the package down at their distribution center and then sending it to me.
this sh** only happens to me.

Oh my god! This has me hysterical!
I love Gap's customer service. This is one reason why I continue to shop there.
