Audi and Subaru
anyone know of any good rates/deals on leases for either automaker.
I am especially interested either in the Audi A4 or a Subaru Forester or WRX Impreza

I went to Subaru in Glen COve, I do not recommend them! No deals, no incentives, nothing.
My parents are on their 5th Subaru, just got the Tribeca and they had some problems with their new lease......

Subaru makes a VERY well made, good all weather vehicle......

I just got a Subaru Forester at Metric Subaru on Jericho Tpke in Huntington. They have some good trade in incentives and were FANTASTIC to work with. I have purchased 2 cars from them over the years and they are the nicest car dealiership.
I also love my new Forester! I got 7 years out of the other one and it was a pleasure to drive.

We're looking at a Forester right now. I don't love them.
DH used to have a WRX STI and he bought it in Huntington (They were great there). He still regrets selling it b/c of all the work he did to it!

my family has gotten several cars from Hasset on Sunrise Hwy in Seaford, i don't know what they offer in terms of deals, but i do know that they were easy to work with.

Yeah agree. I've been using that dealership for about 18 years now..they're not good with that.

We got our Subaru at Hasset in Seaford. It was okay. I don't think I got any deals though and my parents have bough a billion cars from them. But we LOVE our Forrestor. I mean LOVE IT! I will never buy anything but a Subaru again!

I'm a Audi girl I absolute love my car and can't say enough about the smithtown dealership. I actually drive from levittown to get service. Of course I mostly can speak of their service department. I once had tohe car towed from audi beiner to smithown and they (smithtown) saved us $600!

We used AAA pricing at Port Subaru on Northern Blvd. I think it's in Roslyn, but it's like the border of Manhasset, port Washington & Roslyn, just east of Port Blvd. AAA has a program with participating dealerships where the price is predetermined by AAA, and that is what you pay, no haggling, if you are a AAA member. At the time we bought (July 2006) there was also a cash rebate.
I love my Forester!

The new Forrester lookes really nice.
I saw a good deal in the paper at Bill Kolb Subaru on Route 303 in Rockland (they don't advertise the town).
$228/month for the Forrester Estate (leather, etc).

yeah, that's what I was thinking.
I seems neither automaker is in the deal making business...simply b/c I don't think they are getting hit that hard...
I will continue to look.

I got the Forester when they were clearing inventory for the '09s. Perhaps if you could wait for an inventory change, you could get a deal.
