Attention Jewish Mommies! Free Books!!!
Jewish mommies, aunts, etc - just wanted to tell you about a fabulous organization called pjlibrary.com. It's an organization that sends out FREE Jewish Children's books. Every single month. Beautiful color books - not cheapies! They obviously have a lot of money donated to their program. Wanted to pass this info on - it's really amazing!

It is a wonderful organization. My kids have been receiving books from them since my son was a year old. They start at 6 months old.

Yes! WE get them too! My friend and MIL mentioned it to me a while ago and in December I finally went on the site to sign up my boys.
It's different for each location, but in our area the books are free and get sent monthly from ages 6 months to 5 years (although my nephew who is 7 still gets them... LOL)
We started getting them last month and we have 3 already. My toddler has 2 and the baby got 1 so far so he should be getting his next one soon
BTW... Baby Yiddush is my FAVORITE!
We were at the Purim Festival on Sunday and there was a booth for parents to sign up their kids.

I signed up 2 months ago (well I just got my 2nd book). Its great.
I told my mom and sister (who has a young child) about it and she poo-poo'ed it. A few weeks later it was in a jewish paper mom got and told me about it. I refreshed her memory that I was the one who did it and my sister wasn't.
I get my books from the Port Jeff branch - they even have events. We went to a PJ Movie Night (in jamas).
