ATTENTION ALL JILLIAN LOVERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is seriously the best thing I have EVER seen. Maybe it's just really easy to please me? 
Jillian Michaels has a radio show on Sunday mornings and you can download all her podcasts - she has them going back to July on the website now. They are very informational and VERY motivational!
I uploaded them all to my mp3 player and I have been listening to them all day long while working. I am in so in 
CHECK IT OUT!!!1

Kim, use this link instead: Jillian
Jillian is on on Sundays, the 3rd or 4th one down the list.
I have all of them on my iPod! I listen to them when I'm running. I only run for 30 minutes at a time, so one radio show gets me through 2 and a half days. It's great motivation, I do even better listening to Jillian than I do listening to fast music.
Anyway, just download the podcast and save it to your hard drive. It'll save as an Mp3 file. Open it with iTunes, and it'll stay in iTunes. Next time you plug in your iPod, drag it over, like you would with a song or something.

You want to right click and select "save target as" and it will save it as an MP3. I listen to this religiously! Love her advice!
