At what age do kids start sleeping in late?

Not that I'm wishing him any older, but the 6 and 6:30AM wake ups on the weekend are KILLING me.

Do we need to start telling him he has school every day? I feel like during the week we need to drag him out of bed.....

i hear ya!! BUT having them sleep in later in the morning, usually means that you have to deal with them longer at night LOL
like right now, my DS (33 months) is still sleeping at almost 8:30 AM. BUT that's because he was up until 9:30 last night
so-I think its just picking whether you want to deal with longer at night or earlier in the AM HAHA

When I was around 3, my dad taught me how to work the VCR so when I got up, I could turn on Sesame Street on tape. He would also set out my breakfast for me and I would sit for a couple of hours while he slept in. Granted he worked nights, so he had to get some sleep, and my mom worked days. I know that doesn't answer your question but it was his solution lol.

I was probably the only 3 year old that knew how to work a VCR (and fast forward to the right number on the tape).

My dd is 4 1/2 and it doesn't matter how late she sleeps at night, she is always up at the crack of dawn! And if it's not my DD, it's the Dog! Now, we with my newborn DS on the way in September I am guessing another 10-15 years from now, I will be able to wake up late. LOL
