At what age did you stop using a high chair and ...
start using a booster seat? I think DS is ready to give up the hc.

For DS #2 we never even broke out the highchair. He's been sitting in the booster that attaches to the table since 4 or 5 months.

DS has been out of his for about a month and he is 15 months. I don't remember for sure for DD but I think it was about the same. I was so glad to get that high chair out of our way!

I think about 15 months.
She was miserable sitting at the table in the high chair, so we tried a booster and she was much happier...and ate better.

Right around 3. The HC helped keep her more contained. And she didn't mind it.

We stopped at 14 months. He couldn't stand being so contained anymore and he figured out how to pop off the tray table while sitting in it 
We keep him in the booster now and so far so good. Plus it takes up less space!

DD is 3.5, and she loves her high chair.... but only at home. Anywhere else, she refuses to sit in anything but a regular adult chair, not even a booster.... go figure....

16-17 months
ETA: My DD is 10.5 months and uses a high chair at home, but when we go out to eat we put her in a booster seat.

we did it at around 24 months but probably could have done it earlier if we had to...we just weren't in a rush.

DS is 29 months and still uses his highchair. DH just asked me yesterday when we can retire it. My feeling is if he's not trying to get out leave him alone.

DD was around 2 1/2 and only because I needed it for her brother She still sleeps in her crib at almost 3 too.
