At the dr's office :( UPDATE
I was having weird pain on and off last night and this morning. Then I started spotting brown this afternoon, called my OB and they told me come in asap. Just got here, waiting for them to call me  
Update
EVERYTHING IS FINE!  
My regular dr wasn't there so I saw another OB, she said everything looks good, they are doing a urine culture and culture for an infection, but she doesn't think there is anything bad going on, baby looks good , heartbeat and all 
She said the pinching pain is probably my C/S scar stretching and the brown spotting most likely old blood, she said very common if you have  recently 
I was so scared my hands and knees were shaking when I first got in the car to drive out to LI , had to calm myself down.
Thank God one of my friends was available to watch my DD so I could go.
Thank you so much everyone , I appreciate all the prayers and support
