Are you sexy?

I look at the beautiful boudoir pics that everyone posts, and am in awe.

I don't think of myself as sexy. It almost makes me giggle to think of doing myself up in lingerie and taking pics.

I think that since I'm coming up on 40, have been married for a while and am busy working and being a Mom, I sort of lost that side of myself.

I just posted my pics... I never thought I'd ever feel sexy let alone look normal after I had four skin cancers on my face three years ago.

I finally let go of all that negativity and celebrated with these pictures. I figured, what the heck.... we only live once. Go for it.

We are all sexy. We are women! Embrace who you are, enjoy your curves, your body, your skin.

I don't think I am because I'm pretty young looking....and it freaks me out to think of young as sexy.

I'm sure I could try to be with the right clothes/makeup....

I find it very hard to come across as sexy with red hair and freckles.

even when i try, i don't feel like it happens.

My DH thinks so. I had bpix done and my DD throwing things on the bed while the pics were been taken definitely didn't make me feel sexy. I feel more silly!

When My hair is done, make is done, shaved in all the right places and have something sexy on...then I feel it.

I think I am. Well now I am pregnant so I don't really feel super sexy but normally I think I am. Especially when I am dressed up to go out, makeup, hair done, then I feel super sexy Sexy to me is often what you put out there. Some people exude sexy with their confidence. Others, while asthetically beautiful just don't work it.

I think I'm sexy. My husband tells me I'm sexy. I'm extremely confident with my overall looks (face, hair etc.) AND my body. On the other hand, I don't neglect myself either-- I wear makeup and get my hair colored, dress well- some may think a little too sexy for a mom, but whatever. I workout 6 days a week, put a lot of effort into my appearance and the end result, makes me look and feel sexy.

Confidence is key.

I did B-pics and felt sexy for them.

But on a regular basis, not sexy! More tom-boyish on a regular day. But when I get dressed up (like for a wedding) I can look sexy.

Apparently my husband thinks so which is all that matters. Whenever someone goes on about hot 'good looking' they think they are I laugh. I'm not a dog... I know that much.

I think I have a sexy body (I worked hard to get it that way) but a cute face.

I definitely think I could be if I had a better body. I still try to exude confidence and while it's less often I feel good when I get done up and dressed nice and my DH thinks I'm super sexy.

whether done up or just out of a sweat fest gym session. it's more about confidence, i think.

If I put on makeup and certain clothes, yes I feel it.

ITA with this, confidence is SO IMPORTANT. If you don't find yourself sexy, who else will?

I get noticed, but I don't know if it's just because I'm tall, if it's because I put effort into my appearance or if it's a combination of the two. I get hit on and even women (strangers) give me compliments, but people don't flat out tell me I'm "sexy." Heck, even my DH doesn't use that term. He always tells me I'm hot, not so much sexy. I don't know if the terms are interchangeable or not.

I'll be honest, I hate my face. I'd love to do a boudoir shoot, but I hate being photographed because of my mug and I don't think my DH would find a ski mask all that sexy.

I definitely agree with posters that it’s an attitude not a look. I think if you love sex, the act, that it affects how you move, how you dress, how you interact. It has nothing to do with how you LOOK, it’s how you ACT. Several of my friends tell me I “exude sex”. I have a nice figure but I feel exactly like Chatham Chick, I do not have a nice face & I have horrific hair but h3ll yeah, I am sexy because that’s how I present myself.

ETA: also that's why my b-pics are about 85 pics of my a$$ and body and about 5 that have my face in them
