are you having a baby nursery theme??
i cant help but browse through stuff.. even though im early in my pregnancy.. its just fun!
i just love Disney, and Winnie the Pooh.
if we have a boy though.. it could be a Mets theme

we're having a dinosaur theme.
DH was and still is a huge dinosaur fanatic.
This weekend FIL found a laminated picture DH drew of a dinosaur when he was a little kid.
It's so adorable!! I'm going to have it framed and put it in  's room.

our theme is frogs, it's all based around an afghan my mom is crocheting for the baby. i found the CUTEST bedding set at BBB to go with it.

No real theme. The bedding has a bear on it and the walls are brown. But that's it. I wouldn't really call it a "theme".
We don't want borders or decals on the room because we want the nursery to be versatile. Grow with the baby.

this is what we will do as well - the "portable" stuff like the lamp and bedding will have frogs on it, but we will just paint the nursery, no borders or anything.

Once we found crib bedding we liked (blue dragonflies), we let that be our theme. We painted the walls to match the bedding, but that's about it. Any of the dragonfly stuff we put in the room is removable- lamp shade, wall hangings and curtain valance that came with the bedding, etc.

I hate pastels and we don't want to know what we're having so we're going to do cocoas, beiges, and creams. I found bedding that I just fell in love with so it's going to be a jungle animal baby theme. We figured too that once the baby is older if we want to change the "theme" the walls and carpet will be neutral so we'll be able to do most anything in the room. See picture below!! We're doing Soft & Fuzzy Pooh. We don't know what we're having, so we're painting the walls sage green on the bottom and yellow on the top, with either a border or chair rail to separate.
