Are you freezing meals?
I'm thinking of freezing some meals. I already froze some baked ziti, but I definately need more. I'm thinking of doing chicken francais and maybe some sauces.
What are you freezing?

I plan freezing some meatballs, some individual meatloaves, possibly a lasagna, chili, a mac n cheese casserole, beef stroganoff (the sauce w/meat part and then make egg noodles when we eat it)
Of course, this is what I'm planning...what actually happens...we'll see
