Yes, I plan to have any organs donated if possible.
A dear friend of mine is a transplant nurse in the city and the stories she tells are amazing.

Are you an organ donor?
Yes- I am. I just renewed my license and checked the box so it is written on there. Before that I made sure my family/husband knew my wishes.
I am also on the marrow donation list, should someone need it.
DH felt the same about that particular rumor, but it doesn't scare me. After reading that article- i'll tell him not to let me go easily and request anesthesia.

I registered to be a donor but have heard that if you've had cancer you can't be one. Is this true?
