I have a dignosed anixety issue, which is peaked at PMS. I used to take medication, but chose to get off it. I may try more herbal remedies. So many people suffer without realizing it is an actual issue. Many of my family members suffer as well.

i wonder if it's genetic?
My mom, grandmother and I are all such worriers! I wouldn't say that it interferes with my life, but I do think I worry about things that maybe don't need worrying.
