Are you a Napper??
Can you take a nap at any time of day if possible?? I was up at 6:30 this morning for an 8:30 Dr appt in Mineola and I came home and tried to nap because I am tired and I have laid here for two hours and can not fall asleep.

I take a regular nap every Sat. afternoon. Since I got pregnant- I take one Sun too. Ilove napping.

If its gloomy, Yes.
Now, also because it gets dark so early, sometimes after work I will sneak in a quick 10-15 min. nap

Not so much anymore- I now get home later and go to bed earlier (because I have to get up at 5). I find that it's better to tough it out from 4 to 9 and get a good night of sleep.
I have gotten into the habit of Saturday afternoon naps when I get home from work.

I rarely take naps. I have a hard time falling asleep during the day and am usually cranky once I wake up from a nap if I do take one.

I'm always up for a nap...I miss my train nap - I've been working too much....even a Jamaica to Penn nap is great.
and like others when I was pregnant, I'd nap all of the time - I would take a 1/2 hour lunch nap.

It used to be once I was up, I was up, but these past few days I've been EXHAUSTED and I have no clue why. I've been napping whenever possible. In fact, I could go for one right now.

Im preggo so I love to nap. With my 2 kids I dont get one whenever I want but wen my DH is home, I love to just crawl in under the blankets and sleep!!!

So/so. I am not good at it...I usually fall asleep for like three hours which is a little too long to be a nap. But there are some days I just can't stay up.

YES . I figure if I am that tired then I should rest and be refreshed later for the stuff I have to get done. Its useless for me to try and do homework, or write a paper, if Im struggling to stay awake.
If I have stuff to do, then I will drink coffee or something, but if I have a few hours with nothing planned, then I will happily plop on the couch and snooze.

YES - I think all jobs should have lunch / naptime. Just like in school - turn the lights off and put your heads down on your desk for 20 min.

.... and for some reason when I do take a nap, I wake up feeling a little weird, not refreshed at all

YES!! Woke up around 6:30 am today. Then took a 3 hr nap from 1-4 pm. But Iam sick so thats a long nap for me, but I can ALWAYS nap. I have always been a "sleeper" though and can sleep for long periods of time. LOVE SLEEP!
