piss me off, however, and i can turn on a DIME into a biotch on wheels!
honestly, i have a BAD temper i've been trying to "work on" for a long time- but it is RARE that it comes out and certain buttons have to be pushed.
overall though, i'm usually a VERY nice person.
it's all about respect, IMO.

Nope. 
I believe there is a difference between being a b*tch and being assertive.
I pride myself on being pretty easy going. In fact, I don't tolerate b*tches too well. I've put a few in their place in the past.

I'm learning I have a beeyochi side - especially at work. Last week the project manager I was working with for the past three months started laughing at something I was trying to fix (serious error that went out to clients - but not my fault) and I turned around in a conference room full of about 10 people and yelled at the top of my lungs "What are you laughing at? I don't understand why you find this the least bit funny. There is something serious wrong with you" well the whole FLOOR must have heard me and he whimpered out of the room.
Most times I am nice and easy to deal with.

I know the feeling, they deserve it so bad you feel instantly bad....my editor told me I was scaring people this week because this one pizzant didn't care about my project and wouldn't help me, so right in earshot of his boss I asked for someone else who "wanted" to help me...he got in trouble.

hmmm...some may see it as that. Others may see it as being "direct."
I would never intentionally hurt people's feelings or act in a malicious manner, though. However, some people are easily offended and would perceive me as being a biotch. I really don't mean to be though, it's just interpretated incorrectly.
