Are these symtpoms?
I feel like every single ache and pain I am looking into. I am 7dpo and I am experiencing mild lower back pain and cramps unlike my regular period cramps. What do you think?

honestly, everything in your 2WW is a symptom! as of today, i am 7dpo as well and this morning im having first clear then milky discharge from my breasts. this happened with my last pregnancy that ended in a MC in sept. i have a fair amt of white vaginal discharge for about a week now too, when supposedly you're supposed to be "dry".. sooo to answer your question.. who knows
the confusing part is that the pregnancy symptoms mimicks that of your AF symptoms.. i guess we have to patient and wait at least until 10/11dpo...which is HARD!!!!

I am very sorry to hear about your MC. That must have been so hard. All of this waiting is killing me. DH and I have been married for 4 yrs and up until a month ago he wasn't ready to have a baby. Now that he is ready I want to be pregnant as soon as possible  Even though I know it can take sometime, we are trying everything possible to make it happen.

there is no way of knowing..what might be a symptom for you was no for someone else and vice versa
everyone can have simliar or no symptoms at all

Honestly, 7 dpo, even 12, 13 dpo is too early to tell...those could very be your body getting ready for AF...but I'm sending you lots of
