Are these normal BM's for a 13 month old?

I don't even know what to do anymore. DD constantly gets terrible diaper rash often enough for us to be concerned. I've had to take her to the dr twice over it. We've treated her for a diaper yeast infection multiple times and it just keeps coming back. I swear we change her enough and even go above what most people do and put A&D in every diaper. I thought I had it narrowed down to acidic foods so we cut out tomatoes and anything citrus but it's still coming back. One thing I am wondering though is... is it normal for a 13 month old to mostly have loose stool? It is rare that she has a solid stool and often times I can see in it what she is eating. TMI I know but I will see pieces of carrots, grape and blueberry skins. I am starting to wonder if she is having trouble breaking down her food and maybe that is part of the problem. Is it normal for her stool to be like this or should I speak with the Dr about it. I am just trying to get to the bottom of this and am grasping at straws. The constant rash is too much and I hate seeing her in pain when it gets bad. Please help.

Dd also suffered from terrible diaper rash and recurrent yeast infections. a & d isn't that helpful, and desitin (or zinc oxide) can sometimes make it worse if its yeast. We started her on probiotics (you can pick it up in wild by nature or Whole Foods) it's a powder you can put in her milk. It really helped us (this was as a recommendation from our ped)

Re: Are these normal BM's for a 13 month old?

Thanks for the info. Ill need to cut out blueberries for a while and see what happens.

We aren't using A&D to treat it, we just normally put it in her diapers so her stool doesn't stick as much and irritate her. We have used both a medicated cream and powder from the Dr for her yeast infections. I think Im going to ask the Dr and see what he thinks too, it's just getting to much for the poor peanut.
