The BC I was on under my insurance was on the "3rd tier" and my copay was $75 a month. I order from Canada & pay out-of-pocket. It costs me $20 a month

Re: Anyone's Insurance NOT cover birth control?
I'm NYPD, and on BC and it DOES cover it. I've been on bc for over 10 yrs , and i've been nypd for over 9. What you have to do is get pre-authorization from your doctor. I have to do this every year, and it literally takes no time at all. My yaz was covered, as was any other form of bc, but now since there is a generic version of yaz, they only cover generic. No big deal, it's the same to me. So next time you go to the pharmacy, ask them to give you the number for the pre-authorization, and give that number to your dr's office. The front desk knows what to do. Feel free to fm me
