Anyone wearing a pregnancy support belt?
My belly just feels so heavy! I'm considering getting a support belt like this:
Has anyone tried one or is currently wearing it? Waste of money or does it help?

I haven't gotten one yet, but my midwife recommended it since I'm on my feet a lot.

Re: Anyone wearing a pregnancy support belt?
I've been wearing one since about 32 weeks. It helps keep the baby off of my pubic symphysis joint and really takes care of my lower back. Also, it encourages good fetal positioning (helps prevent breech).

Re: Anyone wearing a pregnancy support belt?
thanks girls! I've seen them at BRU (Medela brand) but you can also get them on Amazon. Destination Maternity might carry too.
Not sure if you can use postpartum. Would love it if it worked as those post baby girdles that help hold you in.

Re: Anyone wearing a pregnancy support belt?
Right now I am still in a belly band, but a support band like that one is right around the corner for me. Once my belly gets heavier, I will def. want that support!
A friend recommended the "Prenatal Cradle". So, I was looking at that one. It supports the back as well as the belly, but it doesnt look comfortable at all! The one you posted looks like it makes more sense and would be easy to wear!
