Anyone Using Herbal Supplements During TTC?
Hi ladies. I was just wondering if anyone out there has used any herbal supplements (not prenatals) when TTC. If so, what and what is it used for. Thanks!

I have heard of Vitex for TTC. Anyone heard of this? It's an herb that is supposed to balance hormone levels. I also found this site:

yes, I have been using Vitex for 2 months. My cycles have been more accurate and easy as when I was on BCP.
