anyone use trader joes or rainbow light prenatals
i heard that they're the same vitamins, just was wondering if anyone knows for sure.

I used Rainbow Light for a while, while I was TTC. They are great, they don't constipate. My OB prefers me on rx when I am pregnant so I went back to Citranatal Assure.

My RE's PA loved the Rainbow light ones, and I am taking a plant based DHA in addition to that. Who knows what my OB willl say about them after I am realsed from the RE, but I'm so happy with them- they dont make me feel constipated (so far), they dont make me nauseaus and they have probiotics. I want to switch to the TJs ones cuz they're cheaper but I want to make sure they're exatly the same.
