Can you save JUST the register to a disc?

Re: Anyone use Quickbooks
I believe when you save it you are saving the whole file. You can do 2 things if you want. 1.) just print out the registery or
2.) create another user name and then go throug the restrictions so you block everything but the registery.

Re: Anyone use Quickbooks
Yeah, I guess I have to back up the whole thing. What a pain. Our accountant wants our register and a copy of our bank stmts. I wanted to put it onto a CD for her but I just wanted to do 2006. I guess that isn't going to happen.

Re: Anyone use Quickbooks
If you are making copies of the bank statements then I would just print out the registery. You can do the new user and email him the backup and just give him a password to use. Our clients did that for us if we couldnt get to them.
