QuickBooks help...
I can't figure out how to pay a bill by bank transfer. I don't want to write a check, and I can't pay it by credit card -- but I can't figure out how to make the bank transfer and record it as such. Anyone know about this?? TIA...

Instead of putting it in as a check # or as a TO PRINT can't you just put it as ONLINE in the register?

If I have to pay a Con Ed bill online or something and cannot write a check I enter the bill as usual, then pay the bill as usual but unclick print check.
I go back and open the check on the screen and change the check number to "ACH" and write in the memo ACH DEBIT.
I have an older version though.. there may be an easier way.
