anyone use Magic Pest Management/Suburban?
we got a decent estimate from them but can't find anything online. they are also known as Suburban.

Several of our neighbors use them and love them. I called them about mice, and they actually gave me tips for getting rid of them on our own--the rep didn't think we had a serious problem, and he was right we did not. So I loved that he was honest about this and didn't just rip us off.
I was going to switch our termite baiting system to them, but there is a cost to start the system up. So, we will keep our Terminix acct. for now, but I would use them for another pest issue.
