urine for 4 hours.
Seriously are you ladies camels? I am trying to hold off but I dont think I will be able to make it for 4 hours - do you think 3 will do?

The reason you're not supposed to is because your body synthesizes LH during the day, so it won't show up in your urine until the afternoon.
YES, you will get a +OPK by testing in the morning, but you'll likely only get 1 and you will miss the beginning of your surge.

I'm a teacher and have lunch around 1130... so that's the last time I have anything to drink... I get home around 330 and I am bursting at the seams, so that's when I POAOPK... It's not TOO bad... just try not to think about it too much!

what does missing the beginning of your surge mean. (sorry, new to this).

Thanks...well I lasted 3 hours and got a big O so its not by time yet - CD16 - hope I didnt miss it!! dont think I did as my cycle is 33 days.
