I'm 99% sure that you can't, unless they've changed it in the past year or so. I don';t see why they would change it back.

I am the Graduate Program Manager at Kaplan and you can't take a paper GRE General Test except overseas. The subject tests, like Psychology, are on paper. Feel free to FM with any questions.

I took the computer-based. Would have preferred paper, but my score was about the same as practice paper-based tests I took so I can't say computer-based had an adverse effect.
Has anyone taked the literature subject test?
