Anyone take b6 for MS?
My Dr. recommended that I can take B6 to help with MS. anyone take it? does it work? how many mg and how often a day do you take it?

I was taking B6 since before I was pregnant and have continued taking it the entire pregnancy. I had very little nausea in the first trimester and NEVER vomitted once the entire pregnancy. I have felt great....I dont know if it's because of the B6 but its worth a shot. I take one pill a day...i forget the mg.

I took it and I just bought whatever was in the pharamacy so I don't remeber the mg. I also too Unisom, yup the sleep aid. But with that I could only take it at night and most nights I really didnt feel that bad.

1st pregnancy dr put me straight on zofran. Worked so much better then b6.
2nd pregnancy dr put me on 1/2 b6 1/2 unisom...I was SOOOOO exhausted. Couldnt see straight. He put me back on the zofran.
Though I heard something about a zofran recall recently. What else is new, right...LOL
