Anyone take a daily probiotic...
...and which one do you use?
I am talking more for stomach issues than anything else.
What's the best one for IBS/digestive upset etc?

Anyone take a daily probiotic...
I take a probiotic called Florify and Fiber Wise daily from a company that is amazing. I haven't had any stomach issues since I started this daily regimen and I always suffered from digestion issues. I even have more energy now which is a bonus ;)

Anyone take a daily probiotic...
My doctors strongly suggested I take them. I get them from a health food store, the refrigerated kind as it has more strains of basillicuses (SP?) in it and that's supposed to be a good thing.

Me too! It helps me in so many ways, I swear that I didn't get sick in the Dominican Republic like my BF did (even though we ate the same food) because of my probiotic.

Florastor is an awesome one. It the only one that has been proven in studies. It's yeast based.

Anyone take a daily probiotic...
I alternate because I like to change up. I take Schiff digestive advantage and also take tummy tune up (usually if I am sick or during germy months since it's much stronger). Love them both

Refrigerated? OMG-never knew and never have
I think she meant because it's NOT refrigerated.
Some probiotics need refrigeration to keep the cultures alive. Not sure why some don't.
