Wells Fargo Letter
We received a letter from Wells Fargo about reducing our current interest rate with no closing costs, which would reduce of payment by about $60 month. Any thoughts?

Re: Wells Fargo Letter
I would just be skeptical that it was a fixed rate mortgage for 5 years and then changed to adjustable after that. It can't hurt to call though. To me it doesnt' sound worth it because there are always closign costs, it may just be that the bank won't charge you anything but you will have to go through the whoel process again and pay the title company and mortgage tax which is a big bulk of closing costs.
