anyone recently replace their inside doors?
I've renovated my first floor from top to bottom -- the only thing left that is old are the doors, knobs, and hardware. They are those brown hollow old doors. Just wondering if anyone bought and hired someone to replace interior doors. If so can you please fm me details? thanks!!

Same. We got a nice composite 6 panel that DH painted.

Re: anyone recently replace their inside doors?
replaced all doors - had the hollow cheap ones you described. We purchased solid wood 6 panels from Home Depot. Wouldnt say they were easy to install b/c my boyfriend said the f bomb couple of times.. and had to cut the bottoms for rooms that had carpet..but it was worth it.. they look so much better and are really nice. We stained our own and used that black brass hardware..not sure what you call it but it looks great with it.

Re: anyone recently replace their inside doors?
DH just changed all the doors in our house to 6 panel. He got slab doors instead of pre-hung so it was only $19 a door. It wasnt super easy, some of the doors weren't exacltly the right size so they had to be shaved down a bit. If your DH is handy, has the tools, is patient and checks measurements it can be done. It looks so much better!!!
DH also changed my closet doors and made them so the open up instead of sliding ,

Slab is just a door, no hinges and no door knob hole. Pre hung are in a frame with hinges and hole for door knob
