Anyone like Hicksville
A friend of mine is going to be selling her house in Hicksville after she did some major work to it. She redid the kitchen and bathroom...bathroom now has jacuzzi tub. It is in awesome condition has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, basement, gorgeous sunroom, beautiful big yard, new shed.
She asked me to spread the word because she is going to try and sell it first on her own-she took a real estate course-and if that doesnt work than she'll go with an agent.

Im not a huge fan of the SD, but the commute to the city is great and the taxes arent that bad bc of the mall.
where in Hicksville is it located?

FSIL lives in hicksville. she has a cape with a full basement.
I think she pays $6k, but with STAR onkly $5k or so. Thats a steal in nassau!

I dont think they settled on an asking price yet..I know I was a little premature in posting but I told her I'd put feelers out there since once they do list they want to move quick. I think they told me without star there taxes are 4K....the cheapest around. They are in a community that is inbetween Newbridge and Jerusalem.
