Anyone heard of Vitex?
I just saw someone post about it on the infertility board. Apparently it's an herbal supplement that helps increase LH and decrease prolactin to stimulate ovulation. It's good for PCOS sufferers.
I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of it or used it. I'm thinking of picking some up tonight!

It's chaste berry, right? I used it for my PCOS. I was completely anovulatory and never got AF without provera. I used it for 3 months on it's own then 3 months with metformin too.
I had no ovulation with the vitex alone, but one ovulation after 3 months of the vitex WITH metformin. (6 months of vitex)
