anyone heard of/use Humphreys 11?

i heard that a natural supplement called Humphrey's #11 can bring on AF. its #1 ingredient is Black Cohosh.

has anyone used this and successfully had it bring on AF?
if i were to use this and it was to work - would that effect my next cycle? like would i O as scheduled or does it screw up the next cycle??

I know it is hard to wait, but I would not use any supplement w/o speaking to your doctor. It is normal to take awhile to get AF after stopping BCP. My first cycle was 52 days and I am now on day 43 of my second cycle. Trust me, I understand your frusturation. But try to relax (stress can delay your cycle) and speak to your doctor before doing anything.
