Re: anyone having a HALLOWEEN PARTY?
We aren't having one this year but did the past two years.
I would make pigs in a blanket and when they are done cooking do 2 dams of mustard and put a poppy seed in each dab so they would be mummies in a blanket.
I also made a cheese spread thing and it was thick so I shaped it like a pumpkin. Used a pretzel rod as the stem.
I bought Halloween shaped cookie cutters and used biscuit dough. Cut them out and stuffed them with a taco seasoned beefed. Use and egg wash with food coloring on the outside for a glaze.
I made a chocolate cake. Iced it with chocolate icing and then used white icing to pipe a spider web.
I made a red punch to symbolize blood and had theese frozen ice things shaped like eyeballs.

Re: anyone having a HALLOWEEN PARTY?
We are having one. We aren't really doing many "themed" foods, because honestly - who has the time Also, some of the stuff grosses me out and looks way unappetizing.
This is what we'll have:
Heros (Veggie, American & Italian) Salads Wings Spinach Dip Taco Dip Hot Appies (pigs in blanket, bagel bites, taquitos, egg rolls) Candy Cupcakes
Beer Wine Jello Shots

My friends are "hosting" the party at their home (because I don't have one) but I'm supplying the food...
