I hear they were cancelling polices...
I have seem a few past my desk.
Cheap they are yes....kind of a red flag as to why.
Not sure how they do it either.
All I know..dont know if it was much help.

I used them before I switched to Geico. I had no problems with them but Geico was cheaper..

I use them for my Homeowners. They have great rates. The reason they can be cheaper is that they don't have any offices. So no overhead. That is what I have heard.

We use them. I guess they are fine so far - we haven't had any claims so I don't really know. We did not really have much choice, however, none of the big companies would insure us due to our proximity to the water.

have it for car insurance. not too bad, kind of crappy cs though. but you get what you pay for, right?

They have an office in Jericho.
I know they're pretty strict/picky about who they insure (if you commute 50 miles in your car each way, they wont insure you- stuff like that...)
