Anyone have their/ or been to showers at The Carriage House or The Argyle in Babylon or The Irish Coffee Pub in Islip?
If so ... which would you recommend?

We have been to events at all 3 and they were all great!
The Carriage House has gotten very expensive (we used them for a brunch when they first opened) - and my mom looked into it for my baby shower and couldn't believe how much their prices went up.

I have been to the Carriage House and the Irish Coffee Pub for baby showers - if I had to pick out of the 2 - I would say - Irish Coffee Pub for a couple of reasons.
I have been to Argyle Grill for dinner many times - never for a shower though

i have been to 2 showers at the Irish Coffee Pub (1 I helped throw) and both times everything was very good. ICP is also very reasonably priced compared to other placed we called. i have never been to showers at the other places you mentioned so i can't comment on those.

I had my engagement party and SIL's bridal shower at the Irish coffee pub, both were great and food very yummy.
ETa: I do believe my bridal shower was at Argyle in Babylon, that was great too.
Both places prices were very reasonable.

My Bridal shower was at the Irish Coffee Pub and I LOVED it...It was my first choice since my friend had her baby shower there like 12 yrs ago..
They do a great job and the food was awesome!

I had my baby shower at the Irish Coffee Pub, and it was nice, but I really wasn't very impressed with the food. Sorry. I just thought the meat was dry (both chicken & beef) and the rest of it was just ordinary. I left there still hungry.

I have been to a few showers/other events at the pub...each time was GREAT! Food was great, staff was great, i'd recommend it, but I have not been to the other places you mentioned..good luck!

Id recommend Carraige house all the way, its the nicest/most classy IMO...and the food is delish!! Argyle is a close second. I personally wouldn't do ICP because I feel like everyone has showers there...however, I've been there lots of times and the food was always good.
