I have a friend and a coworker who have it.
I think it was difficult for them at first, but they've learned to adjust. I know my one friend 'cheats' every once and a while.

I have a friend who has it. He is on a special diet and is very careful with what he eats.

I think at first it's an adjustment but eventually it becomes a way of life. My sister is involved with a celiac support group and has learned how to bake with ingredients she can eat. She's made friends with other celiacs and they often cook for each other.

I am very familiar with it. I teach Pre-School and one of the children has it in my class....very severely. I have a whole binder of information about it. What kinds of things are you looking to know? I would be happy to help :) FM me if you have any specific things that you want answered

my friends daughter has it. At first it was a hard adjustment. Its been a little over a year now since she was diagnosed and she says she barely notices the changes she needs to make now.

My MIL has it. I think it was a hard adjustment, but now it is a way of life. It is becoming more and more well known - there are several restaurants on LI and NYC that specialize in serving food for people who have celiac. I know there are many websites and cook books you can buy. I'm happy to ask for help from MIL if you need it! Just FM. She knows all there is to know I think

yes i have it and getting use to adjusting your life is pretty hard at first. definately join the celiac support groups they have tons of great recepies and can clue you into the best glueten free products.
