Anyone have family or friend in the Patchogue Nursing Center
My dad needs some rehabilitation and the hostile recommended because it wasn't far from me...
Just wondering if it's a nice place...

I used to work there for a few years in the office back then going back now 9 yrs alot has changed new owners and I hear so so things about it. Go in and check it out for yourself first.

There is one that isnt too far from there that I believe is better. It is called island nursing and rehab. Off of 63 next to kmart and a hotel.

OH...BTDT...I worked as a social worker for Brookhaven hospital. I remember thos "no bed" phone calls. Do you have a list of the ones that do have openings? Maybe you can narrow it down by that?
-also, remember...everyday another bed goes. So tommorrow that could be full as well.

My grandmother is in the Medford Multicare facility. Ive been there and it seems nice.
