Anyone have cysts or the like? Problems TTC???

Active user here - hate using a new name (and I have a feeling I'll blow it one day - the whole logging out/logging in thing is sure to bring me down!). Unfortunately, due to shady lurkers whom I don't wish to know my personal business, gotta do it.

Ok, so does anyone have cysts or the like (such as dermoids) and have had trouble TTC? I have not been diagnosed with PCOS, but found that I have a dermoid and some cysts, and was told that I might have endometreosis (sp?) but that the only way to verify is by doing a surgical procedure... so I should just TTC and if I don't get pg after a while, then we'll just deal with it as we go.

Sounds good, but I'm just trying to hear other people's experiences.

I know what you mean about lurkers.

I am actually going to the OB today because I have been having some minor shoting pain in my ovary after Ovulation for the last week or so. I know I had cycts before the size of a silver dollar. I don't know exactly what type, so I going today to have it check out.

I had weird cramps for almost two weeks straight. My bloodwork came back normal, so I think PCOS can be ruled out (feel free to correct me if I am wrong). A subsequent sonogram revealed cysts.

My DH and I have only been offiicially TTC for about a month. We haven't been that serious about it though because AF has not been regular since I stopped BC.

My doctor told me to come back and see him if we don't have any luck on our own and become truly serious about TTC. He didn't seem too concerned about the cysts. If my patience runs out, I'll go back to him to move this TTC process along.
