Anyone go to Support Groups??
I have an appt with Dr Chung in a few weeks in the city at Cornell. When I spoke to the receptionist she said they have a Free drop-in Support Group every Tues morning.
I was planning on going today and curious if anyone else has taken advantage of these group sessions???
Or if you do not mind sharing, is there other Support Groups in the city or LI????
They also have a Stress Management & Coping course for $70 for Dh and I....which I am interested in taking.
If anyone has gone I love to hear some feedback.
