Anyone get less: EWconimic Stimulus?
Did anyone receive less than what they anticipated. My husband got his but only half of what he (we) expected. Mine is in the 3rd batch--I hope for no surprises.

We haven't received ours yet. Did you file taxes together? If so, why would they split it? I assumed it would be one deposit?

if you filed separately you will get it according to your SS#
sorry you got less than expected but it just means your DH made more this year than most

NOW I'm really confused.
I thought if you were eligible it was $600 per adult and $300 per child.
Is there a sliding scale that I'm not aware of?
ETS: Nevermind...checked the IRS website and it clearly says "UP TO $600".

Up to the income limit. Over a certain income, you receive less for every so many thousands over you earn -- then it tops out at another income level. Some people get the full amount, some get a reduced amount, and some get nothing.

For some reason my eyes skipped right over the "up to" part of it Guess we have to wait and see. I'm surprised they don't have a break down of the numbers. Either way, it's going towards our TX trip.
