Anyone ever have Red Velvet cake?
OMG, its delicious!!!! 
My brothers friend works at a bakery in Brooklyn and he bought home a slice. One bite and I had to have more.
I have no idea what its made of...it was so good and apparently $$.

Anyway, no. When I think of Red Velvet cake, I think of Jessica and Nick. I'm a dork and know this was their wedding cake.

I saw entenmann's makes a red velvet cake something or other,although I've yet to partake. Maybe I should try it next time!
ETA: Reminds me of the groom's cake on Steel Magnolias

You can get Duncan Hines Red Velvet. I think it is just chocolate cake with red dye.

I always remember how he took her to Tavern on the Green for their anniversary and had them make a replica of their cake to surprise her. My DH would never think to do that.
