This might be way too personal but DH and I haven't BD in a week and since it's unusual for us lately, I told him....DON'T YOU DARE DO IT!! Those are my little guys!!!!!!

Believe it or not- its GOOD for there to be a <ahem> release every 3 days or so. ou want "fresh" swimmers when you BD

This is true... they can get kind of "stale" (for lack of a better word) if they are not "released" every 3-5 days.

Reading Deanna's plan....every other day starting at CD8 seems to be ok. She mentions the "stale" theory as well. Thats why I won't wait for fertile time to start BDing
