I don't find them annoying perse....but I do find them boring and each song sounds repetitive.

I like them. I'm not running out and buying their CD, but I think they have a unique sound that is different from everything else out there.

I like a song or two of their's...but for the most part they are very repetetive.
Their new cd drives me bonkers becasue I can't tell which song is which.....and there is one that is reallllllly whiny......

sometimes I like him, but sometimes i don't- especially b/c he sings in his falsetto way too much- when he has his normal voice- i like him... otherwise I do think he whines.

My DH (part-time musician) always says he just doesn't get what the fascination with Coldplay is. I really have no opinion either way. I'm stuck in the 80's

Sorry!  It's just that he's all anti-corporation, when in reality, his wife practically IS a corporation!!! And he doesn't seem to have any problems spending any money she receives from endorsements of corporations!
