anyone else notice the name connection between grey's and lost?

anyone else notice the name connection between grey's and lost?
so as i watched lost last night, i realized the two doctors were dr. burke and dr. shepherd! the same as on grey's anatomy
couldn't one of the shows have thought of a different name?? or maybe it's all party of the lost mystery

I didn't notice-- but if anything-- it's a nod to the show-- I am sure there is no correalation.

I noticed that with ER years ago. Dr. Greene's daughter was Rachel Greene and Jennifer Aniston was Rachel Greene.
