Anyone else having problems sleeping

I go to bed at 10pm and toss and turn for an hour. I just cant get comfy. Then like clockwork I wake up at 4am to go to the bathroom. An hour to fall back asleep, then the alarm goes off at 7am. I just dont feel like I get a good night's rested sleep.

me too. I wake up once sometimes twice during the night to go to the bathroom, then i cant get back to sleep.

every night is an issue for me. I go to bed at 11:15, and fall asleep fine, but I have to get up and pee 3 times brfore 3:00. My DH wakes up at 3:00, and is in our master bathroom for an hour so I am awake from 3-4 off and on, then I have to wake up at 6:00.

Add me to the list! I get up once a night to pee, sometimes 2. But a few times during the night, i wake up and realize i'm on my back, which i know is bad. So i think subconsciously... i'm waking up because of that.

I think the bigger I get the less I sleep I only sleep about 4 hours a night and its all broken sleep ..but who cares I'am 32 weeks only 8 weeks

Happens to me every night. I fall asleep OK - after a lot of tossing and turning and trying to get comfy - but then after 2-3 hours I am WIDE AWAKE AND CANNOT GO BACK TO SLEEP! And if I do, it's in one hour intervals. I miss sleep....

Same here. I think this is part of the whole process...

I have tried to take hot baths before bed to relax and that seems to help a little bit!

Each day now, I am up at 4am and want to cry by 5am because all I want to do is sleep.

I was sleeping ok but not anymore at all
I go to sleep by 11/12 stare at the ceiling for a good 2 hrs till I do fall alseep, then i'm up at least 3-4 times now that i'm in the final stretch to use the bathroom and then I wind up oversleeping every day because I don't get any sleep at night.. luckily not working right now but when I get back to work its going to be miserable

I sleep okay during the night, but I wake up too early every day!

I wake up at 4:30am (sooo sweaty and hot ) and can't fall back asleep. My alarm goes off at 6:30am and I am still sitting there wide awake!

I don't sleep ...I am up every 2 hours to pee...and in between I am so uncomfortable with my hands hurting and radiating up my arm and my hips killings me as well...

Right now all I want is to sleep

Sleep is tough. I never was a problem sleeper but lately I'm too hot, or too cold, or I have to pee, or the dog is on top of me. Very hard to get comfy and I'm only 18 weeks! I still have another 22 weeks to go!

Oh my goodness add me to the list too!! All I want is one evening of nothing but pure SLEEP

But unfortunately I do not think it is going to happen any time soon! I fall asleep between 10-11 am WIDE AWAKE by 1:00 and then wake up every 45minutes-hour until I have to get up at 7:00!! Not to mention the constant trips to the bathroom and the horrible hand/wrist pain I have been getting lately!!

well i am only 7 weeks and I get up at like 3:30 every night to pee and then it takes me like 1 hour to go back to sleep. I also wake up like 2-3 tmes at night now.

me toooo ~ Can't get comfortable and then up so many times in the middle of the night to go the ladies room... tossing and turning...

i'm doing a lot of tossing and turning! amazingly i don't wake up to pee, just to stare out the window and listen to DH snore for a lil while and guess what time it is and how much longer i have to sleep...usually i wake up about 1/2 hour before the alarm and fall back asleep about 2 minutes before it goes off!!

I have been sleeping a LOT better since moving to the new squishy couch.
I only wake up once or twice to pee- and I have a gift for being able to fall right back to sleep.

I've had problems sleeping for a few weeks now. Between getting up to pee 1-3 times a night to the back pain to the round ligament pains. I feel like a zombie at work - I am exhausted by 2pm.

But it's all for the greater good, right?

I have the sleeping issue too. I have been experiencing radiating pains in my arms. It feels like a pinched nerve and all of my fingers start tingling. I have also been struggling with heartburn but the Zantac seems to help!! I also wake up too early and then can't fall back asleep so I am tired every day.

Luckily i am sleeping like a rock, but i'm only 24 weeks, i don't know if it will get more difficult as i become larger.

I do get up to pee, but i fall right back asleep.

Me!!!

I have been sleeping int he spare bedroom the last few days cause I did not want to walk DH up. Last night he said he missed me and woudl deal with it and slept in the spare bedroom with me. The bed is harder so it was more comfortable. It was him, me and 8 pillows!

i am the same way. i get up at least 2-3x to pee and i just can't get comfy - which is probably b/c of this cold i have, and the fact that i am either too hot or too cold.

i hope it gets better!!

I have no problem falling asleep, but I wake up like every 2 hours to go to the bathroom. Plus I get terrible hip pain at night and have to reposition myself pretty often. And to top it all off, my sinuses are extremely dry and painful at night. All this adds up to very little sleep. I just got a humidifier yesterday so hopefully the sinus problem will improve.
