Anyone else have this problem..............
I have recently come off of BC so, I haven't experienced ovulation in 7 years.
I am doubled over in pain because I am ovulating right now.
Does this happen to anyone else? What do you do to alleviate the pain???

That's the reason I went ON bc....I couldn't stand the pain. So, to answer your question, absolutely. I found that a heat back works wonders.

I have been off BCP since the wedding, so almost a year...and yes, the pain just started being really bad. BUT I drink lots of water, take an occasional Tylenol and thakn my lucky stars that this is normal. There are way too many risks associated with the BCP, not to mention the fact that you get "fake periods". For me, it's worth the pain. Hang in there!!

I didn't have severe pain, but did get cramping again after going off BCP.

oh no..you poor thing!! I guess i've been pretty lucky... i went off about a yr and a half ago and it really never got too bad!
