Anyone else have a baby that decided to take a million cat naps in a day??

Ds3 is 3.5 months and all of a sudden will only nap for 30mins to an hour about 3-4 times a day
This makes him very cranky at night and not very rested during the day.
Please tell me it's a phase

my son is 5 months and does not nap (not when I'm home with him) he'll sleep for about 20-30 minutes a few times out of the day; but he generally is in a good mood; and when he gets cranky at night feeding him and putting him to sleep usually works.

It depends on the day. Some days DS will cat nap a couple of times, other days he has full on 2-3 hr naps. Either way he SSTN.

yup. that's what dd did... 4 25-35min naps a day. up until she was about 6 months. now either it's 3 catnaps or 2 naps that can be 1hr-1.15... it's a toss up. she'll be 7 months next week. I know what a pain it can be... and for so long, I was googling different things to try, reading books, asking advice etc, until finally I came to terms that it's just her. if she wants to nap longer, she will, but it's not being overtired/undertired etc. just my kid. eventually we found a routine that worked though and the good thing about it, is that she could get one of her naps in the car or stroller etc, without it being an issue. whereas, if she was a 2hr napper, i'd definitely be trying for her to be home in her crib, kwim?
