Anyone else get naus all the time??
I get nauseous like ALL THE TIME... I am right now-- feel light headed and stuff. This happens a lot, and I have some gastro issues, I am not sure if this is related.... I am not particularly hungry right now-- but I do feel *empty*... Anyone else get this-- and know the reason that they do???

I get that if i dont eat like every 2 hours. I have a fast metabolism I guess my body breaks down everything fast. So I need to eat ALOT.

Not to be gross but I know that when I didn't have enough fiber in my diet and didn't move my bowels often enough, I would be very nauseous. Even in the early morning on an empty stomache. I started taking Fiber Choice chews and haven't had the problem since.
I don't know about being light headed though....sorry.
I hope you feel better soon or at least figure out whats up

I have low blood sugar and I feel like this when I haven't eaten in a while.
Usually eating a small snack every few hours- that is high in protein- helps me.

Yep I am nausous pretty much at some point everyday. I chalk it up to my low blood sugar. What else could it be?

I feel it a lot also. Usually once per day or 4x's a week.
I get the BM thing too. If I don't go I don't feel so well.
Also my low blood pressure & sugar contributes.

Well, I have never been tested for low blood sugar-- although, I guess that could be the cause... only meds I am on is BCP and I just went back on it-- after 6 months being off--- so, I don't think that's it....

yes, I feel nauseous all the time and I recently found out I'm "borderline anemic" and started taking iron pills which have helped a lot!

you could also be dehydrated, are you drinking enough water?
also post-nasal drip can cause it, do you have really bad allergies?

I'm a lot like that too. I have to eat small meals every couple of hours.

This COULD be it.... I am a vegetarian so I know I have low iron-- I will get some iron supplements and see if that helps...
I also get very motion sick, etc.... I am like SOOOOO scared to be prego... I am praying that all of my nausea goes away since I am anyway in regular life!

Both of those things trigger nausea for me, plus:
not eating often enough
motion (car, boat, you name it).

THANKS for posting this - i was just experiencing this ( sorry if TMI ) I couldnt even eat my lunch even though i am very hungry. . .i just couldn't swallow it!
I will try the chews!

My FH always had an upset stomach... turns out he has GIRD (gastro-intestinal reflux disease)... nothing a little prilosec won't help... but if it continues, I'd go to the dr.

Well if it makes you feel better my nausea really didn't get worse during pregnancy. I had ONE morning where it was really bad but I never actually got sick....

Have you tried taking a daily multivitamin. I remember you also posting that you are always tired. I had the same problem but since I started a vitamin I have a lot more energy!
